I’m fairly lousy at updating this blog but I hope that I’ll get a chance to very soon! In the meantime, I have been posting stuff on my site if you care to take a gander. Thanks folks, look for more dream journal strips coming up!
I have been away from the computer for most of the week. Family calls.
Paul has the most wonderful family, and I can’t even imagine not knowing them or being with them. I’m so thankful that I have such a wonderful family. I need to keep this quick, I’m already bleary eyed.
Paul’s wonderful mother, who has been kicking cancer’s ass for a long time, passed away this afternoon. While we are so devastated, we can’t help but feel some relief as she is no longer suffering or in pain any longer. The last few days we had with her were so wonderful, and I’m so happy we were able to spend that time with her.
I’m away from Pauly right now since I have to go back to work on Monday, so reaching out to my wonderful friends and caring strangers is how I can handle this right now.
Thanks to all my friends for all your support and love, I forever owe you all for your kindness. Thank you.
Back again, using my time wisely during our move. This is Georgia Pratt, Willow, or Willy’s best friend. She’s quiet except around her friends, is insecure but hides it with dry sarcasm.
Anyway, as I said before, please excuse the quickness that this was made, it’s more for me to get used to drawing them and setting them in a style. Look for a few more of these, the next one being the librarian, Mr. Niles Ages. (He’s gone through too many name changes for me to count). He’s a mix of… well, he looks like my mechanic, I’ll leave it at that for now.
In other news, I have an interview for a big person job on Thursday, something steady so that I can really get down to business with my artwork. Here’s hoping!
