I’m an aspiring graphic novelist and an art student getting close to graduation. I’m studying art education and I’m in my second to last year, I’m on the “five year plan” at a school in Scranton, PA. Being in Scranton, I worked for a few weeks at the Michael Scott Paper Company in sales, but later returned to good ol’ Dunder Mifflin (with a raise). I have a wonderful boyfriend who means the world to me and I’m so happy that I met him.
I’m currently working on a serial comic called “Positively Fourth Street”.
Amazing artists I love and artists that influence me:
Charles Schultz
Ben Shahn
Ryan Kelly
Paul Pope
Paul Abbamondi
JJ Nääs
Terry Moore
Bryan Lee O’Malley
Jason Little
Vanessa Davis
-This is a never-ending list really, I’m pretty much influenced by everything and anything. For instance, my characters eyes were created after hours of making Mii’s on the Wii. Influence is everywhere.

Hellos! I found your link from KittyShinigami’s new journal on DeviantArt
I just wanted to let you know that I LOVE your idea with drawing out our dreams. I might try that just to practice my drawing skills.
And I’m so glad you found someone special too ^^ I know how you feel. I’ve been with my boyfriend for just over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier ^^
I hope you keep this blog up and going, because I LOVE this so much! (The sock one is my fav so far ^^)

Thank you so much!! That’s so kind of you
Yea, I always have the most whacked out dreams so I would write them down–then I thought hell, why don’t I just draw them! So that’s where that began. I suggest you try it
Let me know when you do I’d love to read them!
Thanks again, Corky :]

Yey! Charles Schultz. And Ryan Kelly is amazing–he teaches at the school I went to. Inking mastah, and a really hard worker.

Reallllly? That’s awesome!!! His work is sooooo good, so good, if I could take hold of a fraction of his talent I would be happy!
Haha, I’ve been reading Peanuts since I could read, always great stuff.
